Resources for K-12 Teachers

Since 1993, The Center for Russia, East Europe, and Central Asia (CREECA) has devoted its resources to the development of innovative research and teaching on these critical world regions. As part of its mandate to prepare a new generation of Americans to better understand the complexities and opportunities presented by the changing face of East Europe and Eurasia, CREECA offers a variety of programs and resources for K-12 teachers and their students.

Speakers Bureau

Many of our graduate students and faculty are eager to share their knowledge and experience with schools, libraries, and community groups around Wisconsin. Sample topics include: "Church-State Relations in Poland," "The Politics of Serbian Rock Music," "Islam in Central Asia," and "The Russian Election Process."
